After Friday’s Workout

After Working out Friday August 5th, 2011

What a terrible picture. Did all the weights posted below. Feel better now than I have all day. I don’t know why I ever convinced myself that not exercising would be any way better than just doing it already. Now, time for bed.

August Goals

I’m down to my final weeks before I go to Hawaii and complete my first Half Marathon.
