I’m not really big on making New Years Resolutions. Do I set goals? Yes. Do I follow through with them? Sometimes. Last year I didn’t set any real goals for myself, and I think last year was a complete success in terms of how awesome my life was. I opened myself to new experiences and was rewarded immeasurably. However, this is a weight loss blog, and well, if I’m honest, I haven’t done much in the losing weight department since June.
With that in mind, I’m going to go ahead and set some “resolutions”. Whether or not these things actually happen is something else entirely, but having a place to start is definitely needed.
- Start my own business- be successful enough by 2013 to leave my current position
- Commit to entering “onederland” this year.
- Pass all of my classes that I enroll in
- Run the Portland Rock and Roll Half in 2:45 or less
- Register and run Chicago Marathon
- Start paying down past debts
- Explore. Create. Dream. Love.

Have you ran full marathon before? Good luck for your training. I wish you a successful marathon training ahead.
